The Original Index Knobber® II by The Pressure Positive Co. - massage tool is a simple device designed to let you apply deep pressure to muscles within easy reach of your hand. It the ideal instrument for clinic or home use allowing for firm, sustained pressure on targeted muscle. It is as safe and effective as massaging a sore muscle with your own knuckle or thumb. Shipping Methods and Fees:  We currently offer FREE shipping to addresses only in the 48 Contiguous United States. Usually using UPS Mail Innovations, sometimes United States Postal Service & FedEx SmartPost or Ground Services.

FedEx International Priority Shipping

 

Many of our items are now eligible for FedEx International Priority Shipping. Transit is typically 5-10 business days, depending upon your country's Customs clearance process pace.  

 

Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Expedited Flat Rate shipping is available on most items. Once processed, allow 1-3 business days in transit. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Should a vendor backorder problem arise, you will be notified via email.

Free Flat Rate shipping is quoted for ground delivery inside the contiguous USA ONLY*. If we cannot ship your order for any reason, we will refund your payment. Typically, we are able to process small, non-dimensional orders via USPS First Class Mail. For orders that are dimensional, or over 1 lb., additional shipping may be due. We will contact you via eBay messages to make arrangements. *Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO Shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including any shipping fees incurred by seller. Free Shipping is defined as all shipping costs prepaid by seller & not added to the customer's order. A 20% restocking fee applies. Requests must include Order ID # & e-mail. We ask that you read policies below prior to requesting a return. RMA's and returns must be completed within 30 days of receipt. Do not ship back used, damaged, incomplete or ineligible merchandise for a refund.

PayPal fees associated with currency conversion for refunds of International orders are not refundable. These fees are assessed to merchants when processing refunds for any reason. The standard transaction fee of $0.30 per order, the currency conversion transaction fee of $0.30 and the currency conversion charge that equals 3.9% of the total order will not be refundable. Refunds will be issued for the total order less the currency conversion charge and less both transaction’s fees.
