post office has received a package to be shipped from the sender.

* International(Outside the U.S.)

- Three options: 
1. USPS First Class Mail International Service(2~3 weeks)
2. USPS Priority Mail International Service (1~2 weeks) 
3. USPS Express Mail International Service(5~7 days)

- Some items may take longer for delivery depending on the destination 
  country and various factors, such as custom clearance and weather 
  conditions.

* Return Policy

1. You may return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of 
    receipt. The item does not have to arrive within 14 days. You have 14 
    days to "ship" your order back to us.

2. A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied on items returned for a refund. 
   That is, 
if you paid $200 for an item and $12 
for shipping, 
the restocking 
   fee 
will be 
$20(200 x 10%) and you will get a 
refund of $180.

3. If you were offered free shipping on your original order, the total amount 
   of 
refund will be the 
sold price of the item minus our original shipping 
   costs 
and 
the 10% 
restocking fee.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
If the reason for 
return 
    is a 
result of our error, we will cover the shipping 
charges and will 
issue 
    you a 
full refund upon receiving your package. You

must be in their original condition & packaging with

 Items that are ineligible for a return include:

   - Obvious signs of wear and/or tear
   - Damaged or no original tag(s)
   - Any size adjustments to the original design
   - Damage(s) caused by dirt, sand, sun, water, or makeup
   - Obvious odors, such as cigarette smoke, perfume, and colognes

   Items returned in any of the conditions stated above 
will be sent back to 
   the buyer. If buyers reject their returned shipment, we reserve the right to
   liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

6. We require buyers to agree on the cancel transaction request prior to

a refund.

7. International buyers are responsible for any taxes or import duties

3. At the time of shipping your item, please provide us with a tracking 
   number or delivery confirmation number.

email and file a cancel transaction request, which

   your agreement.

2. Once you confirm the request, we will issue a refund within 24 hours.

* Exchange

1. Please contact us to check the availability of the item you

    to exchange with.

   If available, you can ship your item back to us within 14 days. As soon

that the item has remained in its original condition and

    item. You will be provided with a confirmation email
