Payment is due prior to creating and shipping of any of our products.

We process and ship orders every day Monday - Friday. (excluding bank holidays)
Our order cut off time is 15:00pm, any orders placed before this time with printing details will be shipped on the day.
Any orders placed after 15:00 will be shipped on the next working day.

We offer free delivery on all of our products and delivery upgrades are available at extra cost.
Our main courier is Royal Mail. All orders are sent 1st class. In most cases these will arrive between 1-5 working days.

If you have not received your order by eBay's Estimated Delivery Date, please note that we may need to allow some additional time for any courier related delays.

* First Class delivery: 5 working days after date of dispatch.
* Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (tracked service) : 2 working days after date of dispatch.

The best way to send us the personalisation for the labels is the "Message to Seller" option during checkout.

The information provided is exactly how it will be printed on your labels. Make Sure you have capitals in the correct place and spelling of dates are correct etc.

If you don't supply App ID numbers then we will assume this field is to be left blank.

If no information is supplied with your order we will contact you to ask for this, if we haven't heard back after 48 hours the labels will be sent blank.

Due to GPR we don't keep any information on file from previous orders.

Personalised labels have been made to your specific requirements, please note it is not possible to return personalised products if you change your mind.

If the labels you have purchased are faulty or been printed incorrect, then within 7 days of the day of its delivery you may exercise the right for a refund or replacements.
