We will endeavour to solve any postage problems and take great care with packaging when shipping your item. AusPost/Sendle will deliver your item so please be aware that delivery times may vary. During peak seasons like Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas, delivery times can vary due to the huge amounts of deliveries from Australia Post. We do offer Express, Parcel and Registered Post as alternative postage options at an additional cost.

Wherever possible we will attempt to ship your item with tracking at no additional cost to you. We also purchase priority mail stamps to ensure quicker delivery of your item. Your item may arrive in a tracked letter envelope or 500g padded satchel bag/box.
We photograph your item with your address details before shipping. We will happily email you a photo upon request. If you selected Regular Post you will receive your order between 2 - 6 working days from the time we despatch your item(s).
Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. Any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a reposting charge of $3.50 if less than 500g. Heavier items will be quoted separately.

REGISTERED / SIGNATURE MAIL:
This means you get proof of posting when lodged at an Australia Post retail outlet, a signature obtained on delivery and compensation for loss or damage of up to $100. Generally, Registered Mail does have tracking capabilities.
eBay PARCEL POST
This means you will receive a proof of shipment showing your address details and the article number. You are then able to track your item online on the Australia Post website. Your purchase will arrive within 1 - 6 days, it is NOT Express.
IDTAGS4U offers worldwide shipping. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

IDTAGS4U offers a full 30 day refund /replacement for items that have been manufactured/customised incorrectly to the original order with no expense to the purchaser. If the error is ours we will pay the return postage.
However, upon request, the item/s must be returned in the same condition as sent. Once received, a new set/item will be made and shipped / refund issued.
Digital photos of each order and the postage address are taken prior to shipping as proof of postage, text layout, etc.

IDTAGS4U cannot replace, exchange, or refund any custom made orders which were made specifically to you i.e. personalised tag/s or tin/s. However, other items which were part of an order such as chains/ metal tins(not personalised) / tagabiners can be returned within 30 days of purchase in the same condition as sent.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred and postage charges cannot be refunded whether or not we have charged you postage.
