A lock nut used for fastening to a bolt when mechanically joining materials together. The nylon material located at the top of the nut prevent loosening from vibration or back off. The insert deforms elastically over the threads of the screw, but threads are not cut into the nylon. The nylon insert locks the nut in two ways. First, it forces the bottom face of the screw threads against the top face of the nut threads, increasing the friction between the two. Second, the nylon applies a compressive force against the screw itself. Nyloc nuts retain their locking ability up to 250 Â°F (121 Â°C).

All items are combined into one box not to exceed 12 items and 66 lbs and are shipped to an eBay USA central location, and then forward to your country. Under the Global shipping plan, eBay collects all shipping and customs fees up front and is handled by eBay.

For all orders outside of the Global Shipping Plan, please contact us for a rate before purchasing. All customs delays, fees and duties are born and paid by the buyer. Returns

Returns are accepted for 30 days for Domestic orders and 14 days for International orders from purchase date by contacting us at 866-573-0445 for a RMA number. Buyer pays return shipping and insurance costs. Returned open packages will be subject to partial refunds.
