Please note: Goldstone is man-made, blue storm agate are sometimes pitted on one side (but still very beautiful). Green Jade are 18-25mm and Apache tears are 15-20mm and you will receive 2.

I accept Paypal, personal cheque or cash on collection. Goods will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Postage & Packing

Free UK Postage is for Royal Mail 2nd Class or economy delivery but I will also offer a faster option which you can choose at checkout. All of my items are included in the promotional discount scheme so you will only ever pay one postage cost, no matter how many items you buy, as long as all items are paid for in one transaction.

Any problems with items not arriving or arriving damaged, please contact me as soon as possible to I can resolve the situation.

Returns Policy

You are welcome to return 'buy it now' items within 30 days of receiving the item, please contact me to arrange the return. Return postage costs are at the buyer's expense and all items must be returned in perfect condition with ample packaging and fit for resale. Please obtain proof of postage and keep this until I have received the item.

For faulty or 'not as described' items, return postage costs will be refunded to you and you will be given a choice of either a full refund or a replacement.
