EAGLE GROVE CENTENNIAL BEER, ABC 19-18, 12 OZ. (355ML), empty straight-steel Pull Tab Beer Can. Brewed and Canned by August Schell Brewing Co., New Ulm, MINNESOTA in 1981. The City of Eagle Grove was founded in 1881 at a junction and division point of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad where there was a plentiful supply of water from artesian wells. It was named Eagle Grove because of a large eagles’s nest in a grove of trees near the railroad right-of-way was visible for miles across the prairie. This pulltab can is in very good 1/1+ condition, with a very faint vertical factory scratch, which is on all of these cans, as seen in my Photo #5. This defect is due to a scratch on the original plate use to print the design on these cans. Shows an Eagle flying with a branch in its beak. This can has a metallic gold finish, and is bottom-opened. Lucky buyer pays $3.85 shipping in the United States, but International shipment will be higher. Please buy THIS NICE BEER CAN, as it would great displayed on the shelf. TO SAVE ON SHIPPING CHECK OUT MY OTHER AUCTIONS, & COMBINE SHIPPING. THANK YOU !!!!!!!!
