Simple to apply-
First paint nails desired colour.
Remove plastic protection.
Cut out transfer and put in bowl of water. Wait 30 seconds and remove from water.
Remove from backing sheet.
Place transfer on nail.
Remove excess water with tissue.
Apply clear top coat to protect transfer.
