IMPORTANT POSTAGE INFORMATION

During a normal working week, Mon to Fri (except Bank Holidays), any purchase made before 4.45pm will be packaged and posted, the same evening using Royal Mail, 2nd class postage. This is classified by Royal Mail as a 48 hour service. or if requested Royal Mail First Class option which is classified by Royal Mail as a 24 hour service.

Purchases made after 5pm on Friday through to Sunday will be posted out on Monday, please make allowances for Bank holidays.

If you require your purchase delivered within a 24 hour time frame, i.e., 1st class *, please choose the first class option within the postage section. Leaving a short note with your order is also helpful. Or you can place the goods in your basket, request an invoice with a short message requesting a postage upgrade. We maintain high standards with our packaging , and keep our postage costs down to a minimum, we do not make any profit on postage and packaging always endeavouring to keep these costs to a minimum.

Occasionally we use re-cycled boxes for packaging, especially for some of the plastic hats, in order to keep your postage costs low.

We check all items for quality before they leave our shop, if any goods prove to be faulty, or incorrect, please email with all details. We will assess the problem and either refund or replace.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund on pants or knickers, unless they are proved to have a manufacturing fault. We will post internationally, please use our postage rates tables for costs, or message for any further information.

We combine your purchases, so only one postage amount is required for any amount of goods, our promotional postage rule should automatically apply to show you one postage amount. To ensure you get your postage discounts when purchasing from multi listings or other items within our store, please use the Ebay basket, it will automatically attach the postage discounts.

If any purchases are part of a multi listing, and only 1 of the items is being purchased, we check the weight of the parcel to ensure that the postage charged is fair, if the postage charged proves to be too much for the item we will refund the difference via Paypal, and either message, or leave a written note on your enclosed invoice. We also attach this policy to all International postage.
