EXPRESS POST

The express post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses, and post office boxes. If your item is shipped to an address outside this network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our next day guarantee. RISK FREE 30 DAY EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via eBay first. When you are shipping your goods back for exchange or refund, please enclose a note with your parcel advising us of your details and requirements. Upon receipt, we will either refund or exchange as requested. The received product must be in the same brand-new condition as shipped out to you.

As a buyer you would be required to pay for postage costs back to us, if the product you receive is not the one you have paid for or is faulty, we will cover return cost of refund the total price including any postage fees you have paid.
