Can we return items?
Yes, you may open ONE of each style you purchase to check for size and fit. If the items will not work out for you, we have a 30 day return policy for refund. Check Store Policy section for more details.

Can I return items if they are all opened or installed?
No, we only take returns of unopened items (can try one to determine if it will work for you). If items are all opened, we offer a 50% refund within 30 days. Check Store Policy section for more details.

Can I return items after 30 days?
If still unopened, contact us for possible 50% store credit.

30 day return policy
MAY open 1 of each item to try out when package arrives.  Be sure to try items before opening all packages
All items must be unopened in original packaging to return.  1 of each item MAY be opened to try out
Must contact through Ebay messaging or through Ebay returns to receive authorization, all unidentified returns will not be processed when package arrives back here.
For HINGES-
If the size is not correct, you are free to return and include a sample of your old hinge.  Once I receive package, I will let you know which size/brand will work out best for you, and we will work it out through Ebay and Paypal.  

Defects:
Unless otherwise noted in the description, all our items are new in individual packages with standard screws.  If there is any problem with the items, please contact us right away and we will check into it as soon as possible to fix the situation.
