Next Day Delivery:

Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm Monday to Friday is available on all items and can be selected from the postal option drop down menu on checkout. 

This does not cover Saturday delivery – contact us to quote for Saturday next day delivery, this will incur additional postal charges.

Despatch:

Despatch is usually within 1 working day of cleared payment. 

We confirm despatch and any tracking information by eBay message. 

Please ensure your postal address is accurate prior to purchase, as we only ship to the verified address on PayPal or eBay in line with eBay's policy.

Collection:

Collection is welcome; please contact us for an appointment.  Cash on collection is welcome; alternatively on check out select “Collection” as the method of postage and pay via PayPal.

Delivery:

Economy delivery should be within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch.  We are reliant on the services of Royal Mail and other courier services for our deliveries. Delays are rare (take a look at our Feedback), but it does happen occasionally.

We ask that you are patient and if for any reason you feel your order has been delayed or is not entirely satisfactory, you contact us first before leaving negative feedback or opening a case against us.

Return / Cancellation Policy:

We hope that you are completely happy with everything you buy from us; in the unlikely case you are not satisfied, simply follow eBay’s Return Procedure by clicking on the “Returns” button. All that we ask is that you pay your own return postage costs and return the item  to us within 14 days from the date you notify us.

Items are to be returned in the same condition as sent; unused, undamaged with tags intact, attached and in their original packaging.

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for any item which has been damaged or worn and had sealed packaging or tags removed or damaged.

Goods are the customer’s responsibility until received, we cannot be held liable for return items lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your eBay user name and item number.  We notify customers by eBay message when returns are received and usually refund within 24 hours of receipt sending confirmation that the refund has been processed. Refunds will be made by PayPal only.

Exchange of Goods:

We are happy to exchange items for you. Simply contact us by eBay message within 14 days from the date of delivery. Specify details of the replacement item(s) on the invoice that arrived with your order.

All that we ask is that you pay your own return postage costs and return the item to us within 14 days of contacting us.

Items not received by the expected delivery time:

Any items not received by the expected delivery dates given by eBay, message us giving us the opportunity to promptly rectify. 

Cases opened for “Item not Received” will be subject to Royal Mails Policy and compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that has not been delivered or attempted to deliver until after 15 working days from the expected delivery time.
