This is a new 10-tooth straight spline starter drive assembly for John Deere A, AO, AR, G, & 60 series farm tractors with Delco starter. Most of these early John Deere starters originally used this straight spline drive, but some of the replacement starters & armatures went to a curved spline design. You may need to physically look at the armature splines to know if they are straight or curved.

This drive has straight splines. If you require the curved spline version, I do have it in another listing.
