We are a UK based company, so all our items are dispatched from the UK. We normally are able to process your order within 24 - 48 hours after your payment has cleared into our account. We generally dispatch our items via 1st class Standard Royal Mail or by a courier service depending on the size and weight of the order.
There is also an overseas delivery service that is provided to anywhere in Europe Via Royal Mail's 'Airmail' service.
When should I expect my order to arrive:

Obviously, we want you to be totally satisfied when you purchase from us which is why we offer you our guarantee that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to us within 7 working days from receipt.
If the goods are damaged or doesn't match the description we will of course refund you in full (including postage fees), If you simply do not want to keep the item then a refund of the sale price will be refunded. Please though be aware that it is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold.
