Flexible band and is suitable for children and adults. I have tried it myself and it fits me fine. The picture of the little girl is my 2 year old daughter and it fits her too. On tag it reads 'not suitable for under 3 years.' I believe it is due to choking hazard of the pearls/sequins but its of parents discretion and only you know your child and depends also on how supervised they are.

3 flower headband

Slim headband that is wrapped around with satin ribbon.

3 silk feel flowers sits on the band that is offset to one side. Inside the flowers there are clusters of imitation pearls. Band measures 0.7cm and motif is 7cm.

Pearl Bow headband

Slim headband with satin feel bow on one side. The bow has immitation pearls on. Band measures 0.5cm and bow measures 11cm.
