Just remember that long hair is very fragile, whether your own or extensions. Never use too much heat as it may, over time, damage your hair and extensions. Always use the lowest possible settings and never direct the blowdryer onto the bonds for too long as this may cause them to get too hot and melt. Asolutely avoid swimming pools, saunas and sunbeds. Never ever sleep with wet hair, always ensure fully dry and tie in a loose ponytail before bed.

Often our post goes much later, but to absolutely guarantee same day dispatch please pay before 10am.
All items purchased Friday after post collection and weekend purchases will be sent out monday morning.

Although we take great care by sending all of our items recorded delivery, sometimes items can get delayed or go astray. We are totally reliant on the Royal Mail to deliver our items. In this instance unfortunately we do have to ask our customers to be patient and allow 10 working days for their item to arrive before we can deem the item as lost and issue them with a refund or replacement.

Returns

You have up to 14 days to decide to keep or return your order, items must be returned as delivered in their original condition and packaging (with the gold hygiene ties intact. If removed your return is void!). Refunds are less postage costs. Colour exchanges are available but we do ask for the exchange postage cost. Please contact us for details before returning.
