Please Note : All inserts are measured Prior to being filled. Once filled they corners get pulled in approximately 2cm. Because of this it is recommended to purchase a size larger than you're cushion cover.
While we do accept returns we do not cover the postage cost if you order the wrong size so please check your cushion size properly and try to order the correct insert.

Returns
For change of mind purchases if the item is not suitable returns are accepted on condition that the item is unopened in it's original packaging. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs.
We have a 30 day return policy for faulty items, items returned will be checked when we receive them back and a refund including postage refund after goods are checked.
There maybe a $20 restocking fee on change of mind or incorrect size orders.
