Here's an adorable child's clown costume.  I would say it would fit an eight-year-old to a 14-year-old please go by measurements .This vintage costume features red white blue stripes with patches of dolls & looks to be sailors, and highlighted with red & blue rick rack & cute blue Pom pons with a matching ruffled collar.  Perfect for that Halloween party or for your child's playtime dress up, it's sure to delight any little girl or boy!  It is in great shape for its age. The elastic at the top stretches enough for the child to slip into it. This costume is very well-made!
