Important Information About Sizing 

Please note that the age groups used for sizing are approximate as the size of babies / young children can vary considerably for different age groups.

Using a ruler measure the distance between the child's big toe & heel (sleeping children are easiest to measure).

We recommend adding up to 1cm to the measured length to account for future growth and wiggle room.

All shipping is by the mail service. Parcels are posted with the Royal Mail in the UK for onward distribution to your country.

All shoes posted to UK destinations are via Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 1st Class depending on which option is chosen at checkout. Special Delivery is available at checkout for our customers who want a guaranteed next working day delivery (does not include Saturdays).

All shoes posted to Europe, the European Union & "Rest of World" will be posted by Airmail. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties incurred for international shipments. Shipping time is dependent on the mail service of the destination country.

Tracking numbers for international dispatches can only be supplied when the more expensive International Tracked Postage option is chosen at the checkout.

Purchases with cleared payment made before 3.20pm UK time (Mon-Fri) will be shipped the same day (Bank Holidays excluded). This excludes Inch Blue shoes that are hand-made to order and have a dispatch time as indicated by eBay.

We understand that shopping for goods on the internet can be tricky – especially when it comes to children’s shoes.

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of dispatch / receipt as long as the unused shoes and packaging can be returned in the same condition that they were sent.

We will refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

If the item is faulty or the reason for return is due to an error on Kangaroo Shooz’s part, we will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Otherwise for:

Returns for REFUND – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage.

Returns for EXCHANGE – the customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage to us and we will happily pay for the shipping to send replacement products to the customer.

When posting items back to us please obtain a "proof of posting" from your Post Office in case a claim needs to be filed for a lost parcel.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returned product that fails to reach us.

If an item returned is not in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange.
