PAYMENT:

WARRANTY:

We offer a warranty on all the items that we sold. 

Replacement or refund is acceptable if the damage really exists. 

All the returns must be made within 5 days from the date you get the item. 

The buyer is responsible on returning cost.  

 

If the customer does not want a replacement, refund could be an alternative.

HANDLING & SHIPPING:

We need about 1 business day to handle the orders after the cleared payment. (holiday is excepted)

All the packages are sending by China post air mail with a registered tracking number or epacket.

SHIPPING TIME:

We use epacket for the USA and Puerto Rico buyers, the shipping time is around 7-15 days. 

So we don't suggest the USA buyers to select the expedited shipping which doesn't have much advantage than epacket.

The shipping time to different areas is as follows:

USA/Puerto Rico/Canada/Australia/UK/Turkey/Japan/South Korea: 7-18 day

Other European countries: 12-25 days

Other Asian countries: 12-25 days

Middle eastern countries: 20-30 days

Russia/South American countries: 25-35 days

African countries: 25-35 days

If you haven’t received the item within 30 working days, please contact us immediately. 

We'll check with the post office and give you the best solution for sure.
