We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1PM on the same working day. Orders placed after 1PM on Friday's will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday.

Our returns process is simple
We offer a lengthy 30 days returns policy from the date of order.
There is nothing wrong with my item
Please contact us via eBay or open a returns case on eBay, selecting the appropriate returns reason.The item must be unused, in its original packaging unopened and in re-sellable condition. Please note special orders and custom products are excluded from this policy.
My item is damaged or faulty
Please contact us within 5 days from the delivery date via eBay letting us know what is wrong with the item. Most of the times we are able to resolve problems with a quick chat.
However, if you prefer to return the item with a genuine fault - again that's no problem at all.
For faulty items which are over 30 days old but less than 1 year or have an extended warranty, we will assess what's wrong and then we are then able to offer the most appropriate action.
Please do not send any returns without contacting us first. The returns cost is always paid by the buyer in any event (Unless its faulty or damaged on arrival). We recommend using a tracked returns service.
Q) How can I pay for my order?
A) We currently only take PayPal for our eBay orders.
Should you have trouble paying via PayPal, we are happy to assist you.
Q) Do you issue VAT invoices?
A) Yes, we are UK VAT registered
Q) My order has not arrived yet, and the estimated shipping date says it should have?
A) The estimated dates are just to be used as a guideline only. Typically, the order should arrive well before or within the estimated dates however sometimes for unknown carrier delays they can run over 1-2 working days, especially during busy seasons.
