A lovely 9 Carat gold ladies sapphire and brilliant cut diamond ring with a large cluster head setting consisting of 1 sapphire and 10 small diamonds around the edge. This lovely ring has general wear (please see photographs) but still in excellent used condition and displays itself beautifully. This ring is hallmarked and comes with a box.
