IS THIS A YOUTH BELT?: The belt is not age specific, anyone that can fit the waist size recommendation can wear it. I have had many satisfied adult customers buy this for themselves and also for kids. It is really just a matter of what you are looking for. Most people enjoy this belt because it is an affordable belt with an adjustable strap that will fit adults without having to spend $150+.
IS THIS A MATTEL BELT?: NO. THIS IS A WWE BELT. MATTEL BELTS ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE. THEY ARE FOR A ONE TIME WAIST SIZING AND WILL NOT RE-ADJUST. THOSE STRAPS ALSO ONLY FIT UP TO 30 - 32" WAIST.
WHAT KIND OF STRAP AND PLATES DOES THIS BELT HAVE?: The manufacturer lists the strap as "leather-like" with a Velcro fasten. The plates are made of plastic, not metal.
IS THIS A COMMEMORATIVE BELT OR "THE REPLICA" BELT?: Neither.
IS THE PLATE ENGRAVABLE?: NO.
I AM LARGER THAN A 38" WAIST. WILL THIS BELT FIT ME? : No. The belt size is listed according to the manufacturer's measurements. I have had a handful of customers tell me these actually run a little small. With that in mind, I have sold over 100+ of these belts with no sizing issues at all. However, Any size issues can be easily resolved by purchasing an inexpensive Velcro belt extender to get the extra inches needed.
