All the Happy Meal Boxes offered from us come from a dedicated collector and have been kept in either the original packaging (unfolded) when they were first received from the restaurant or were later transferred to a protective wrapper to prevent any damage. Because they did not carry food they are considered new or New Old Stock.

In the early days of this collector the boxes didn’t make it home in perfect shape, for example in some, although they were not opened, they still were subject to traveling woes and may have a spot here or there. In some instances a friend pitched in to add to the collection. Please note pictures as we’ve done the best to show any of those areas that may have a spot, crease or irregularity.

Only PayPal is Accepted

We prefer payment to be made within 4 days from purchase and by PayPal. When payment is made by check through Paypal, your package will ship as soon as Paypal has processed the payment (3 to 5 business days). Ebay will be notified of nonpayment and item will be relisted.

Texas residents must pay Texas state sales tax per Texas state law. (8.25%)

RETURNS:

Contact us within 5 days of receipt for return instructions. Our actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. No returns will be authorized beyond the 14 day period. Please inspect and test the item immediately upon receipt.

Any items damaged during return shipment will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. No refund or credit will be issued if the item has been altered in any way, damaged or replaced with a similar item while in the possession of the purchaser. Include your eBay user ID, eBay item# and a brief reason for the return.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping to Continental United States only.

For Priority Mail deliveries, expect to receive your item within 2-3 days of the purchase date.

For Parcel Post deliveries, expect to receive your item within 5-9 days of the purchase date.
