The Go Cat Da Bee wand is a new offering from the same folks that designed the Da Bird and Cat Catcher wand toys! The Da Bee wand features a wand that is approximately 12" long and has a flexible wire to connect the yellow and black bumble bee lure. The wands come in assorted colors as illustrated in the photo with multiple wands in it. Please allow us to select one for you.

As with all other cat wand toys, it is meant to be used during supervised playtime. The lure ends are durable but can become worn during play. Please inspect the toy often and remove / replace if it becomes damaged during play.

You can select other Go Cat lure refill attachments to use with this wand and swap the lure ends out to keep your cat stimulated.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and eCheck payments through PayPal. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. For purchases that are not paid for within 7 days, we will request that eBay cancel the transaction. If you require more than 7 days to complete payment, please contact us.

Shipping

US Customers: We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. For items that are listed with Free Shipping, the Free Standard shipping is via USPS Parcel Post or Fedex Smart Post service at our discretion based on the weight of the package and shipping distance. Parcel Post and Smart Post are slower delivery options so Buyer may upgrade to Priority Mail or Express Mail for an additional charge if a faster shipping option is required. Please note that we try and ship items in the most cost effective way possible. In some cases, if you have purchased multiple items, it may be less expensive to ship the items separately than to combine them into one package. In those instances, we will provide you with more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number.

International Customers: We ship within 3 business days of receiving payment. The default and most economical International shipping option is USPS International 1st Class mail. Buyer may upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail or UPS Worldwide Saver for an additional cost. In most cases, we will provide Insurance on International shipments from ShipSaver Insurance as part of your shipping & handling cost to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Even though we ship within 3 business days, International Shipping via USPS International 1st Class mail may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you require a faster shipping option, please select USPS International Priority Mail. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS Worldwide Saver as your shipping option during checkout.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Terms of Sale

Unless otherwise noted in the listing, we accept returns within 14 days of original receipt by the customer. Return postage is the responsibility of the Buyer. Returns must be in new, unused and as-shipped condition. For any returns or exchanges, please use eBay's merchandise return process. Once we receive your return we will issue a credit for your original purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee. We try to offer products at a low price and include free outbound shipping where possible. We charge a restocking fee to offset our outbound shipping costs for the returned items.

Please note: Returns are not accepted after 45 days of original receipt by the customer as documented by the Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number.

Whiskers & Waggles proudly focuses on primarily offering Made in the USA pet products, many of which are also eco-friendly. We started the business because we personally had a hard time finding durable pet toys made of natural or recycled materials which were also Made in the USA. We were tired of buying toys that didn't last and we knew other pet parents that felt the same way so we decided to start WhiskersandWaggles.com.

We do sell items that are not made in the USA. We tried to find similar products that were made here but have not been able to find comparable domestically produced alternatives to these products. We continue talking to the manufacturers of these products and hope that at some point, they will begin to onshore the production of these items. We have tried all of the products that we sell before we offer them to you to buy. No product (toy, leash, collar, etc.) lasts forever so we have worked hard to find the best products that provide good value for the money. We are a small but growing business and are grateful for the opportunity to share the products we've found with you.
