STORE POLICY


1.  Payment must be received within 5 days from the time the auction/sale is finalized.

2. Unpaid items will be Re-listed after 6 days (please contact me via e-mail for any additional time needed).

3. I cannot ship to PO boxes or APO Address. I will only ship to the address listed on the account provided by eBay, I only ship to lower 48 states, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, & Puerto Rico requires an additional charge.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: 

1. All items leave our warehouse within 1 business day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) once payment is received. 

2. Delivery time may vary depending on carrier, please refer to the tracking number provided in the invoice.

3. Items delivered by UPS/FedEx cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, please make sure to read carefully all details within the ad to avoid delays in shipping.         

4. I ship internationally by USPS Priority Mail International, delivery fee and times are very based on destination.

RETURN POLICY:

1. I do accept returns for either exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (Please contact me via email before returning the item).

2. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

3. Delivery cost will be charged for any exchanging items. Restocking fee of 15% - 20% will be charged on some returns. Unless seller agreed otherwise prior to return

4. Item must be returned in condition received (Tags & Packaging).

5. Items valued over $500 will be shipped requiring a signature, if you do not want to require a signature, you "MUST" contact me as soon as you pay.
