Our Strike Survival® SS-C21 Tactical Flashlight has a light weight Aerospace-grade aluminum body. With a slip-resistant design, and anti-roll Type 3 hard-anodized anti-abrasive black finish. Construction is shockproof and water resistant. Featuring a simple and convenient tactical switch with low, high, strobe, and momentary on/off function. Battery life is 4 hours at full power and lamp life is over 100,000 hours for long lasting use. The Strike Survival® Tactical Flashlight can be mounted on firearms, "hand guns/rifles/shot guns". Comes with a durable reinforced pocket clip that is removable for tactical mounting on fire arms. Takes 1AA Battery "not included". Will also work with lithium ion rechargeable batteries for easy replacement. Everyone should always have a flashlight on or around them regardless for those just in case moments. Shipping
Purchase/Payments
For purchases completed by 10am Central Standard time Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same business day that payment is made/confirmed. Purchases that are made after 10am Central Standard time Monday-Friday will be shipped out the following business day.
All orders placed on weekends and Holidays will be shipped out on the following business day. All orders will be accompanied with tracking information. All orders that are in excess of $250.00 will be required to have signature confirmation along with tracking information for your protection and ours.
Holiday Shipping and Handling
During November-January all shipping carries services see increased package volume. If your order does not reach you in the time indicated by the tracking information please contact the shipping provider. Strike Survival® has no control over packages/orders once they leave our facilities. It is the consumer’s responsibility to monitor there order once tracking is sent. Please allow extra days for a delay in shipping times for this time of year. We will do everything within our power to provide any and all necessary information in an effort to ensure you can monitor and track your packages. If you have exhausted all the above attempts to receive your package please obtain a letter from your local Post Master/Shipping Service Supervisor stating the Status and issue with the delivery and we will attempt to assist you in any way we can as a curtesy and thank for your business with us.

Return Policy
Strike Survival® only accepts returns for unused/unopened items.
All items to be accepted for a return must meet the following requirements.
1. Consumer must contact us in writing with in 14 business days from date of purchase.
2. Strike Survival® must authorize the return in writing by us only! “No other forms of authorization is accepted.”
3. All items purchased must be in new, original, and working order.
All used, mishandled, altered, or damaged items will not qualify for return. “These will be handled on a case by case scenario.”
4. All returns will be at the BUYERS EXPENSE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
5. Before returning an item or receiving authorization you will be required to supply pertinent doctumentation, i.e, pictures,
proof of purchase, etc. Failure to provide this documentation will result in a return/replacement/refund decline.
6. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. “Restocking fee charges are at our discretion.”
7. All unauthorized returns will be denied delivery to our faclility. All fees for returns of items will be charged to the sender/
consumer.
Strike Survival® will work with its customers to resolve any issues that may or may not arise from any orders with us. In the
Event that there is a return or issue we reserve the right to offer you a replacement/partial refund/or return.
Damaged item Policy
Strike Survival® is not responsible for any damages/misuse that may occur during shipping by
any shipping service. Strike Survival® is not responsible for any damage/misuse by the
consumer. As it is ebay.com/paypal.com policy, please see buyer protection policies on eBay
and paypal.com for further information. Strike Survival® realizes that from time to time that
these situations do happen and we do offer assistance for these types of situations as a courtesy
to our consumers.
For this please contact us via email with the following:
1. Documentation, i.e. photos, purchase information, buyer identity confirmation.
2. All damaged/misused/or returns are subject to inspection before any actions are taken for
the replacement/partial refund/or refund.
3. All items found to be damaged as a result of consumer mishandling/tampering/or misuse
will be charged a restocking fee of 20% and any/all postal fees associated with returning the
item/items to the consumer.
