If the post office is closed (or delayed) there is nothing we can do about it.  Do not rely on the shipping "estimates" this site shows you prior to purchase. Because there are a few bad apples who try to abuse the Returns process, if we are not at fault, there is a 25% restocking fee, and the buyer must pay to return item. Otherwise, we are more than happy to accept responsibility if the ad was misleading or information was incorrect.
