All items purchased come with a 12 month warranty. Please contact us prior to arranging the item's return. Do not return your items to the manufacturer for warranty claims unless instructed to do so. Any items returned to us for warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's assessment. If the manufacturer deems the item requires repair as a result of incorrect use or normal wear and tear, a quote will be provided for the repair and return of the item and the item and will be returned once this amount has been paid. Some warranty claims can take over 90 days.
