DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all orders before 1 pm on the same day. However, all orders made after 1pm will be dispatched next day. All orders are dispatched on working days (Monday – Friday) only. We also dispatch via Special ‘Next-day’ Express Delivery service offered by
Royal mail. . All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch. However, please note that human errors may arise in which case customers are advised to inform us immediately.
RETURNS EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
You are more than welcome exchange items, P+P will be payable by you, for us to re-send the new item.Refunds on items with free P+P, when returning for a refund £1.40 will be deducted from original price to cover P+P charges,

We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt of goods. However, all customers are required to inform us through eBay of any such intention within 5 days of receiving goods. Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for re-sale. Please note, all returns are inspected for the above criteria and if this is not met, items will be returned back to the customer. Please note, postage costs are non-refundable. If you change your mind after your order is dispatched, or wish to exchange your item for a different size/colour, then additional postage costs will be required.
