Service
instructions: Once purchase is made. Turbocharger has to be either dropped off in person or delivered to our Po.Box. Turn around time is roughly 5 working days depending on the amount of work required. We can supply exchange units if required, there will be a cost of a bond. In some cases the turbocharger might not be suitable for rebuilding, or if housings are cracked or damaged. You will be informed about it before services taken place. |

Service
information: Factory turbocharger will be stripped, compressor and turbine housings will be machined to suit a brand new core that has up sized steel turbine wheel and alloy compressor wheel. Internal gate will be up sized. All engineering work are carried out in Australia by qualified Australian engineers. High flowed turbochargers supports 500BHP, 300rwkws on pump 98 or 330awkws on E85. it requires working with programmable ecu and bigger aftermarket fuel system. High flowed turbo maintains factory drive ability with a lot more power throughout the rev range. Aftermarket oil lines, water lines, and oil drain is required working with high flowed turbos. At Hypergear turbochargers, apart from doing engineering work, building and assembling turbochargers, we work closely with local racers, drifters, fabricators and tuners collecting first hand data. Providing better turbo configurations for high performance and reliability by understanding and compare engines responses to turbocharger components alterations.
