Korean Ginseng has been used over many centuries in TCM to help improve overall health, strengthen the immune system, and help to fight off stress, disease and infections. Ginseng is also thought to improve mental agility and clarity of thought.
Each tablet contains concentrated extract equivalent to 3125mg dried panax ginseng root, standardised to provide 50mg ginsenosides.
Take 1 tablet per day with a little water.
