Dispatch Time

Delivery (Next Day)
- Depending on service you select, 99% of
Parcels arrive within the expected Delivery Date. However Deliveries can
be delayed during Christmas and other festive peak season times, Bank
Holidays etc. Deliveries can be later than the expected delivery date as
we cannot control Royal Mail.
- Once item is marked as have been despatched,
order cannot be cancelled. If you have not received your items of 5 working
days of ordering, please contact us through eBay messaging and we shall
provide you with tracking information)
- In any situation, if you failed to receive
your item, it will be held with your local sorting office for 15 days. You
may arrange to collect your item directly, If you failed to receive your
item, it will be sent back to us. if you wish to have a re-delivery, you
will need to pay postage charges and in any case you wish to cancel your
order, refund will be issued net of postage charges paid by us in posting
the item to you. Please allow us 15 day time to issue you refund in case
you didn't receive the item due to any reason or it is lost in
transit.
Returns
- · In
line with our consumer protection policy, we offer a very fair returns
policy.
- · If
in the unlikely situation, you wish to return your item, please notify us
within 5 days of receipt
- · In
any case you change your mind and want to return the item, refund will be
issued to your account after the item is received back with us and it is
found to be in the same condition/packing with all tags there on. Any
damaged or washed or without tag garment will not be accepted for return.
The returning of item will be yours responsibility and the
refund will be issued net of postage charges.
- · Please
keep your proof of postage safe so you may lodge your complaint for loss
of parcel in transit with your respective service provider to avoid any
trouble later. Once your return is received back with us, we will confirm
you and refund will be issued to your account as per our return policy.
- · If
you wish to return the item for exchange with some bigger or smaller size
or want to swap with some other item, it is allowed to be free but you
will still need to pay return postage charges and if you don't want
to pay the return postage charges, you may send us prepaid, self-addressed,
signed for or tracked service envelop with the returned item so that we
may post you back your required sized garment. The return is always
subject to availability of required size/garment. Please notify us within
5 days of receipt of item if you intend to return the item for
any reason.

a part of our policy, all the relative measurements of the garment are
detailed in the item listing so as to give an idea to the prospective
customers enabling them to choose a right size for them. Please read the
item description/measurements carefully before purchasing the item and
save your time and avoid unnecessary return hassle.

- All our garments come from
top sellers/brands although we list them as unbranded. This is because we
can’t ensure regular supply of some specific item from one single brand so
in order to maintain regular supply we buy from different companies. So if
you have any sort of concerns for buying some specific brand, please do
confirm from us before purchasing the item
- We operate from a pet free
hygienic place and all our garments are brand new. As per default
the garments might get fabric or dye odor which goes away shortly after
the garment comes out from packing. All the garments are steam dyed before
pack but still you may need to iron the garment before use due to wrinkles
resulting from packing.
