Instruction Manual.  (Photo 12)

Unlike most SINGER publications that are very durable and printed on high-quality paper, this 78-page manual was printed by the U.K. Singer Company on very thin low-quality paper. And since they used very thin paper, they printed the manual with gray-color ink (instead of black-color ink), to reduce the see-through effect. The original Singer manual is center-stapled and folded.

We decided to improve the manual!

Our manual is NOT a standard "Xerox"

copy of the Singer manual!

Our manual is professionally printed

with BLACK ink on brilliant-white heavy-weight paper!

Unlike the original Singer manual, our manual is spiral bound for ease of using!

Description:

This listing is for a professional reproduction of the U.K. Singer Manufacturing Company “Manual of Family Sewing Machines and Their Attachments.”

The original manual was printed and published in Great Britain by the U.K. Singer Company in 1963, and distributed from the Singer Building in Guildford, Surrey. As stated by Singer, it was “Specially Prepared for Students in Schools and Colleges.”

Our manual is NOT a standard "Xerox" copy of the Singer manual!

The U.K. Singer Company printed this manual on low-quality very-thin paper, with gray-color ink (to reduce the see-through effect). The original manual is by far inferior to most of Singer's other publications.

We improved this manual

in 3 different ways!

1. Our manual is professionally printed on 28 Lb brilliant-white heavy-weight paper (unlike the original Singer manual that is printed on very thin “see-through” 14 Lb paper).

2. Our manual is professionally printed with black ink (unlike the original Singer manual that is printed with gray ink).

3. Our manual is professionally spiral bound for ease of using (unlike the original Singer manual that is center-stapled and folded).

Our manual is super clean, and the text and illustrations are very sharp.

Unlike the original 52 year old manual that has become frail, brittle, mildewed, stained and yellowed after so many years, our improved manual looks like an original Singer manual that has been preserved in NEW CONDITION!

In fact, if we didn't tell you,

you could think that

our improved manual

was printed

by the Singer Company!

This manual will teach you everything you need to know about many Singer machine models, such as models:

15K, 66K, 99K, 185K, 201K,

327K, 328K, 329K, 404

This large-edition spiral-bound 78-page Instruction manual is complete and very clean with no "black dots," smudges, stains, or any other imperfections. No pages are missing, dirty, or damaged.

The manual will teach you how to use and care for your Singer sewing machine. It also teaches how to use most of the standard Singer accessories that come with the Singer machines. It was used for many years as the “sewing text book” for students in schools and colleges. Other Singer Publications for Students and Teachers:

The Singer Company published 3 general-type manuals for students and 2 general-type manuals for teachers.
