The "Mother Hen" incubator, as we affectionately call it, is a straight-forward, no frills incubator. It is not digital, but does have automatic temperature control once you manually adjust it with the thermometer included to your desired temp. It has a turning rack on the bottom, which is the shape of a pie with sections. You fill each section with eggs snuggly together, and the rack rotates slowly, making a full rotation every 2 hours. Therefore, the eggs are being rotated 360 degrees. You can disengage the turning rack and chicks can hatch in the incubator. You must monitor the water to maintain humidity so that it doesn't run out. Due to the design, it can accommodate various egg sizes.
