We usually ship USPS or UPS. It can take 1-5 business days to process & ship orders. We will send you a tracking number once package ships. Delivery can take 2-10 days after package ships. We ship discreetly with SS4U on shipping label. We don't put sexystuff4u on package.

Payments/Policies:
 

We accept Paypal. We will ship to address that you have registered at Paypal. If you need a package shipped to a different address then change your Paypal address before sending payment. Payments are Due within 5 days after purchase.

International Customers: 

It can take 1-5 business days to process & ship orders. We will send tracking number once package ships.
Delivery can take 10-30 days after package ships. It will depend on how long package takes to clear customs and also the shipping method.

You are responsble for taxes/customs fees that you may be charged in your country when you receive package.  Customs Form: We mark packages as a sale and write purchase price only. 
 

Returns/Exchanges:

 We allow returns on boots/shoes only for store credit of purchase price.  We accept returns on unused/undamaged footwear.
If item is defective, we will exchange But all returns: must be in original package, tags attached , not worn, not scuffed, not altered in anyway, and must be sent back within 14 days of receiving package. You must 1st contact us for a return # and send back within a week. It may take 1-2 weeks to process your return. We will contact you once we process your return.

When sending footwear back, Be sure that you wrap the box with some type of packaging so you do not damage the box.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and S&H fees are non-refundable. You will get store credit for purchase price only.

Refused/Non Deliverable Packages:

Customer will be responsible for shipping charges that we may have to pay when packages are returned to us as non deliverable/refused shipments/sent back because customs fees were not paid.
