Items can be returned for exchange or full or partial refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- All returns must be done within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Please note that we cannot give refunds after the 30 day limit has expired.
- When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact us, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
- All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They cannot have been assembled and disassembled. Used items will not be accepted for return.
- Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake . We will pay for shipping replacement back to you if an exchange is requested.
- All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 10% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).

DELIVERY TIMES:
Your order will be processed within 1-4 business days once the payment has been received.
It usually takes 3 to 10 business days for the item to be delivered. (Most items are delivered within 3 to 6 business days!)
