Jean Hersholt signed vintage 7"x9" photo taken by photograph Melbourne Spurr. It is signed in fountain pen and is inscribed "To my old friend Roy Hunter with all my best!! Jean Hersholt 1927". Roy Hunter was a sound man at Universal Pictures and worked on films such as "Frankenstein", "Dracula" and others. The photo was taken by Spurr and there is a photographer's stamp on the back and a blind stamp lower right corner. The photo has a matte finish without borders. There are some minor surface marks. Overall it is in excellent condition. I've been a dealer for over 35 years and with a retail store for 22 years. I provide a Certificate of Authenticity on all my autographs guaranteed by me.
