This exquisite, rare, antique hand painted Japanese Fukagawa tea service includes 4 dessert plates, 4 cups, 4 saucers, a teapot, creamer and sugar bowl and is in excellent condition.  This set dates prior to 1890. The teapot is 7 inches high and 6 1/2 inches from handle to end of spout; the creamer is 4 3/4 inches high and 4 1/2 inches across; the sugar bowl is 4 3/4 inches high and 5 inches from handle to handle; the dessert plate is 7 3/8 inches in diameter; the saucer is 5 5/8 inches in diameter; and the cup is 2 inches high and 3 3/4 inches in diameter.  The teapot, creamer, sugar and saucer are decorated with scenes of birds and flowers on one side and villages on the other.  The plate and saucer have a combination of both.  Each hand painted design is slightly different, making every piece unique.  Display stands not included.  Smoke free home.  Fast shipping includes insurance.  Great customer service.
