Returns only accepted if the product is completely unused. Due to hygenic reasons we cannot accept products that have been used at all. If you decide to return you will need to ship the item at your expense back to us, overseas. The item must be in perfect condition (no hair, dirt, etc., no tears, scratches, etc, packaging must be perfect). Upon successful inspection we will replace or refund. Shipping will be at the expense of the customer. If exchanging same conditions apply.
