Store FAQ:

1. How long does it take to receive my item?

Once payment has been received orders are usually made within 1-2 days depending on type purchased. Please note that colour versions can take a little longer 2-3 days. Our postage days are usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Australia Post can take 1-7 days to deliver depending on your location. If you need your sign urgently please let us know and choose the express delivery option on checkout.

2. How do I let you know what wording I would like on my sign?

Simply email us with the wording you would like and what abbreviation you would like to use. For example St, Rd, Drive, Lane etc.

3. How many letters can I fit on my sign?

About 15 letters is a good maximum. But you can have as many letters as you like, the more you have the smaller they are though. I can also put the wording on two lines if you prefer.

4. What's the condition of the products?

All the products are in Brand New and custom made to order.

5. What if I want something not available in your store?

We have 100?s of styles available, not all are always listed. If there is something specific you are after please email us and we will be able to help you out. We can add photos of loved ones, logos, pictures of your prized car, motorcycle etc for an extra charge.

We make our signs in black and white for a more authentic street sign style or we can make something a little more classy and colourful for your bar or maybe even a gift for a loved on. The choice is totally yours; you are limited by your imagination. (Please note that Coloured and reflective signs come at an additional cost please ask for a price)

We can custom make a special birthday gift, with the persons name on the front for example John Smith St or their favorite drink or sporting team and have a blank white panel on the back for guests to sign at a 18^th, 21^st, 30^th, 40^th or 50^th  birthday party. Makes a nice keepsake that you can put on display instead of hiding a 18^th key away in a draw somewhere.

6. Can I use my sign outside and how long will they last?

Yes your sign can be placed inside or outside. Many customers use them for rural properties with their family name on it at the end of a long driveway. We only use high quality signwriting vinyl and digital print. The sign material itself is aluminum, so you can expect to get at least 5-10 years in outdoor conditions and many many more if used indoors.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your item has been sent there will be a tracking number in your order. If you would like registered post or express post please choose this when you checkout.

8. What do I do if my sign does not arrive?

If your parcel has not arrived and you have waited 7-10days from your postage notification please contact us immediately so we can look into it.

Another alternative you could try is go to your local post office (the one you would normally collect parcels from) and ask them if they have any undelivered mail for you there. We have had a couple of people before who had not received their parcel and it was sitting at their local post office for some unknown reason either they tried to deliver it and no one was home and did not leave a card etc.

Shipping Address:

Buyers have the responsibility to provide correct shipping address, by default; we use the eBay shipping address as this is where we print your invoice from. If you would like us to send your item to a different address please let us know straight away. If item is not received due to the address issue, we won't refund the postage cost, so please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.
