1. Payment must be received within 5 days from the time the auction/sale is finalized.
2. Unpaid items will be Re-listed after 6 days (please contact me via e-mail for any additional time needed).
3. I will only ship to the address listed on the account provided by eBay, I only ship to lower 48 states, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam,& Puerto Rico requires an additional charge.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
1. All items leave our warehouse within 1 business day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) once payment is received.
2. Delivery time may vary depending on carrier, please refer to the tracking number provided in the invoice.
3. Items delivered by UPS/FedEx cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, please make sure to read carefully all details within the ad to avoid delays in shipping.
4. I ship internationally by USPS Priority Mail International, delivery fee and times are very based on destination.
Please note WE DO NOT PROVIDE WARANTY for International shipping. This service doesn't provide a tracking number only delivery confirmation.

RETURN POLICY:
1. I do accept returns for either exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery (Please contact me via email before returning the item).
2. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.
3. Delivery cost will be charged for any exchanging items. Restocking fee of 15% - 20% will be charged on some returns. Unless seller agreed otherwise prior to return
4. Item must be returned in condition received (Tags & Packaging).
5. Items valued over $100 will be shipped requiring a signature, if you do not want to require a signature, you "MUST" contact me as soon as you pay.

OPEN / MISSING BOX ITEMS:
1. Some of our items are Open/Missing Box items. These items are either shelf pulls, store displays, overstock/discontinued, or returned items.
2. All items have been fully inspected, & those who found to be in working order and in good condition are then re-sold at a discount price rather than
returned to the item's manufacturer. Original packaging and/or contents may show minor signs of handling.
3. Items have been fully tested and are in 100% working condition with no visible physical damage (scratches, dents, etc.) of any kind, unless noted otherwise in the ad.
