TAXES

If your order is being despatched to a destination outside UK than please note any royalties, customs, local taxes or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

We ship within 1 working day after confirmed payment and VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESS. Shipping is made by Royal Mail and all orders are delivered on a standard free service. Package handling only takes 1 business day, so please make sure the correct payment and shipping information is entered before checking out.

There is an option for faster delivery at checkout for a small additional cost. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped within 2 days . Items are only dispatched on weekday. As a buyer, it is your duty to pay the tax when you make an order from abroad. Our price does not include taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges.

You must contact us by email if you wish to return items to us, or if there is a problem with your order. Please choose the topic I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message in your eBay Purchase History to tell us your problem or request a return and we will respond as quickly as possible.

We will replace or refund faulty goods. Simply return the item to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received back to us within this time.
Once the order has been returned to us we will issue you with a refund/ replacement. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

In order for us to process your refund swiftly, please provide your eBay ID, address, and order ID inside your package, along with a note explaining the reason for return and/or the nature of any fault(s).
