Testament to the rugged nature of the core can be found in the design and testing of these units. This core is pressure tested to 50 PSI and held at that pressure for an amazing 24 hours - which is why you will see less than 1 PSI of pressure drop at 15 PSI! Supplied in powder coated black for maximum heat dissipation and featuring a 3" inlet & outlet, this intercooler is estimated to happily support up to 700hp at the engine.
Although there may be some small cosmetic blemishes from manufacture (an example being small dents or some slightly bent fins or other blemishes), this in no way affects the performance or durability of your intercooler in any way whatsoever.
