Used Cokin COEF +3 SEPIA A005  Lens Filter O33040  Filter has been used. It shows light wear on the metal ring. Filter threads look good even thought I see lots of very tiny 1-2mm thin scratches. Damage is minor and it will not affect image quality. This filter can be used in as is condition. I would rate this filter at 7 out of 10.  It will be shipped as pictured without any accessories
