If for any reason your item is unsuitable and you do not wish for an exchange any item purchased from Designer Academy Studios, you can return it to us in its original condition within the timeframe as stated above and on the returns form provided within the parcel.
You do not need to notify us in eBay messaging prior to returning as full instructions are given on the returns form within the parcel.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and in perfect resaleable condition. All tags and labels must be intact.
We will then issue a full refund for the item.
Please complete the returns form provided within the parcel to ensure a quick refund.
