Dedicated to one of the pioneers of aviation, the designer of airplanes and helicopters, industrialist - Igor Ivanovich Sikorsky.

Trained at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute (1907-1914), Igor Sikorsky began working on the first development of future helicopters. Since 1910, he built the aircraft. The first multi-engine aircraft in the world - "Grand", "Ilya Muromets", "Russian Vityaz" - its design. Hailing from Ukraine, he glorified his name as one of the famous aircraft in the world.
