Paul Platonovich rightfully belongs to one of the most honorable places in the galaxy of civil and scientific figures of the second half of the XIX century., Thanks to a titanic usilisya made possible national revival of Ukraine. In addition, it is one of the founders of Ukrainian ethnography, ethnographic expedition headed, devoted to the study of ethnography of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova.
