    With our 30-day money-back policy if you change your mind within 30 days just return the product to us in an 'as new' condition (unused and resaleable), including all packaging, instructions and accessories with proof of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or refund.

    This may be returned to one of our many stores nationwide or you may call or email our customer service team to receive a returns authorisation number.

    Return postage charges must be met by the Customer.

    Goods that have had their manufacturer’s warranty revoked by the breaking of the seal of the product, or registration or activation of software or SIM cards.

    If the silver strip on the back of your Product Activation Key Card has been partially or completely damaged or removed.

    The seal has been broken on any DVD’s, CD’s or software including games.

    Gift Cards.

    Products with recordable Memory (including radio controlled aircraft, journey recorders & storage devices) that have been opened used or had their seals broken.

    Contracted services such as installation or subscriptions where the service has been activated or installation completed.

    Digital downloads – we also can’t issue refunds based on your inability to meet system or regional requirements, or lack of enjoyment while playing the game.

    What can I expect from this router?
    The Archer MR200 is a great router for both personal and professional environments.     Do I need to configure this router?
    When using the Archer MR200 on 4G LTE you can operate the router simply by inserting your sim card and connecting your Wi-Fi devices to it. When using it on other internet connections you can be up and running simply by plugging an Ethernet lead into the WAN port on the router. It is advisable to change the router’s security settings so you can limit who can access your network.

    Is this router suitable for taking on the move?
    This router can operate anywhere as long as you can plug it into mains electricity. It is an excellent choice for remote destinations where traditional internet connections aren’t available and shows and conferences where you don’t want to install permanent connections.
