Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your order from your online Order History on your Nutritional Institute website account.

Only what you actually paid for the product(s) minus all applied discounts will be credited back to your account. Please allow us time to both process the return(s) and post the credit back to your card.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific results from our supplements. We do, however, guarantee that the products we offer are of the highest quality obtainable.

If you are returning an item such as a juicer, sauna or other appliance due to now liking the item, please know there will be a 15% restocking fee since we can not longer sell the item as new.

These items must be unopened and in new condition. Returns of products that have special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation cannot be accepted; the detail page for these products will indicate if these restrictions apply.

Some Health & Personal Care products are not returnable, including:

• Cholesterol monitors
• Diabetic/glucose monitors
• Fragrances
• Sex & Sensuality items
• Thermometry

If the item you purchased from Nutritional Institute isn't returnable, you'll see a message about that in our Online Returns Center. If you have a problem with one of these items, please contact Customer Service. If you have a problem with any other item purchased from a seller, please contact the seller directly by going to "Your Orders" in Your Account. Then click the "Contact Seller" button on the order you're interested in returning. To view the seller's return policy, click the "Return items" button on the order below "Contact Seller".

Re-shipping due to a wrong address submitted to us is excluded. Please double check your order before order submission. For further clarification, please call us at our customer service number at the top of this page.

Same Day Shipping Policy
Many of our products ship on the same business day ordered. We strive to accomplish this whenever possible. The received order cutoff time for same business day shipping is 2 PM CST. The typical time it takes to prepare your item for shipping is listed under the item name in the shopping cart.

However, many business day orders ship within 24 hours or less. And, it's usually less. For an accurate shipping time for your specific order, please call us at our customer service number at the top of this page.

Taxes are estimated to the best of our ability, and will be final on your order confirmation.

The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in applicable states. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
