Please enclose a copy of your packing slip or a copy of your order from your online Order History on your Nutritional Institute website account.
Only what you actually paid for the product(s) minus all applied discounts will be credited back to your account. Please allow us time to both process the return(s) and post the credit back to your card.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific results from our supplements. We do, however, guarantee that the products we offer are of the highest quality obtainable.
If you are returning an item such as a juicer, sauna or other appliance due to now liking the item, please know there will be a 15% restocking fee since we can not longer sell the item as new.
These items must be unopened and in new condition. Returns of products that have special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation cannot be accepted; the detail page for these products will indicate if these restrictions apply.
Some Health & Personal Care products are not returnable, including:
- Cholesterol monitors
- Diabetic/glucose monitors
- Fragrances
- Sex & Sensuality items
- Thermometry
If the item you purchased from Nutritional Institute isn't returnable, you'll see a message about that in our Online Returns Center. If you have a problem with one of these items, please contact Customer Service. If you have a problem with any other item purchased from a seller, please contact the seller directly by going to "Your Orders" in Your Account.
